If I see a collection that I like, can I still make some small changes to it?
Unfortunately we cannot take on substitutions of color, flowers, or collection contents at this time. Part of our value pricing is that we have pre-designed arrangements that cuts down on the creative and consultation time we would otherwise need for more custom orders.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photos I see on the website?
That is our goal! However, we do retain the right to make changes to final designs when certain elements such as flowers or containers are not available or fall below our design standards. We aim to replicate each of the arrangements you see in our website photos, but please understand that we are working with delicate flowers that may arrive with slight variations based on the weather conditions in which they were grown.
Can I order just a bouquet and boutonniere? Or other small, one-off pieces?
When we order flowers, they come in set minimum quantities. Therefore, we have a minimum $500 order from anything in our shop.
I see the collections come with a set number of items. What if I need more than what is included, like extra bouquets, boutonnieres, or table centerpieces?
The beauty of our site is that we offer flowers both by the collection and by the piece so that you can purchase exactly what you need. If you need additional items of any kind, simply add the quantity of the individual pieces you'd like to your order.
What if I need fewer things than the collections include?
If your floral needs are less than what is included in our collections, your best option is to simply order everything on an a la carte basis. This way you can select the individual pieces you want in the quantities you need. Keep in mind that we do have a $500 minimum order.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We love to get as much advance notice as possible! Most couples order 6-9 months prior to their wedding or event date, but you can order as close as 30 days before the big day. Any additions to your order must also be received at least 30 days before your wedding or event.
When do I pay for my order?
All orders are considered final and are paid in full at the time of purchase.
Can I get a refund if I cancel before my wedding?
Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to your wedding or event date. Any refunds issued will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds are available if we are within 30 days of your wedding or event.
Can you deliver my order?
Currently delivery is only available to Leesburg VA venues for a fee of $100. All other orders must be picked up in our Leesburg studio. All Leesburg VA deliveries are to the main event location for delivery service only. Rooted +Wed does not handle any set up.
